Ground and Earthquake Conditions in Thrace
Thrace sits in a relatively low-to-medium risk zone on Turkey's earthquake map. Even so, since the 2026 Light Steel Regulation makes it mandatory, we perform TBDY 2018-compliant earthquake calculations on all our projects. For the clay soils around Tekirdağ, we evaluate swelling and settlement calculations together with the soil survey.

How long does delivery take from Çorlu to Tekirdağ?
For projects in central Çorlu, the distance to our workshop is 40 km. When panel production and assembly run in parallel, we target 30–45 days for the shell and 60–90 days turnkey.
Can you get a building permit in Edirne?
With the 2026 regulation, light steel structures now fall under the standard building permit process. Our structural analysis report and architectural drawings are accepted by Edirne municipalities. Zoning plan checks may be required in some areas; we provide consultancy to our clients during this process.
Can assembly be done in winter?
Yes. Thrace's winter conditions do not stop light steel assembly. Work outside the ground frost depth continues year-round. For concrete foundation work in winter, we recommend a heated formwork method.
