Is the foundation included?
Our shell construction package includes the foundation (raft or strip footing). The foundation type is determined based on the soil survey results. Additional cost may arise in unusual soil conditions (marsh, fill, rock, etc.).
Is structural engineering calculated separately and charged extra?
All our packages include a structural calculation report compliant with TBDY 2026. The engineering project needed for the permit process can be provided separately if required.
When are prices updated?
Material prices depend on steel and galvanizing parity. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Always call us for the current price.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Our standard payment plan follows a progress-payment model: 50% advance (upon contract signing), with the remaining 50% paid in 10-15% installments according to construction stages. Flexible arrangements are possible for those using bank loans.
