Can I fully customize the floor plan myself?
Yes. Thanks to the modular production system in light steel construction, custom plan flexibility is high. Window and door positions, room sizes, terraces, and porches are designed according to the client's wishes. The only constraint is compatibility with the structural calculations.
Can a light steel house have a basement?
Technically yes, but it is built with reinforced concrete. The basement floor is not built with light steel but with concrete; the light steel frame sits on top. The decision depends on soil conditions.
